  1. 1.     What is the Check – In & Check – Out Time?
                    a.   Check In:       from    14.00
                    b.   Check Out: before 12.00
     2.     Can we late for Check Out?
                    a.   Late Check Out can be arranged but no later than 13.30 otherwise there is a surcharge of 1 night. Please kindly inform our receptionist.
                              In case we're fully booked, late Check Out is not acceptable. Please accept our apologized.
     3.     Can we make an Early Check In?
                    a.   Yes, if we have room available but not before 10.00 am.
     4.     How do we make reservation and confirmation?
                    a.   Please called or email to the hotel directly. We're happy to assist you to the booking process.
                    b.   To confirm your booking, please kindly transfer the deposit or paid at the hotel before the check in date as refer from booking policy.
     5.     What to do if I have to change/ cancel my booking?
                    a.   Please contact the hotel to re-arrange your check in date or as refer to Cancelation Policy.
                    b.   Cancelation Policy
                              In the event of no show or cancellation, written notice must be received by the hotel at least 3 days prior to expected arrival for weekday,
                              15 days for weekend, long holiday and a group of 10+ rooms night and 30 days for a group of 20 rooms night. Failure to notify the hotel
                              before the indicated period, the hotel will invoice a "No Show or Cancellation" charge of the first night at the applicable rate on the
     6.     When do I have to pay for my room charge?
                    a.   Advance payment is required for the room charge. Please kindly pay the total amount when checking in.
                    b.   There also is a key deposit of 100.- (One Hundred Baht). Please do not take the room key and keycard separate as it may damage the
                              card and key rings (Fine 200.-).
     7.     Safety and Privacy
                    a.   The information requested during registration is necessary for the hotel to manage the booking request. All information is strictly
                              confidential and shall be transmitted via an encrypted channel that ensures privacy.
     8.     Can we bring in pet?
                    a.   No, our hotel isn't allows any pet in rooms, but there is a place where you can leave your pets in the neighbor care with additional
                              charge apply, please kindly ask for more detail at the front desk.
     9.     Can we cook in room?
                    a.   No, we do not accept any cooking in-room as it may cause the accident.
    10.     If we have valuable belonging where can we keep at?
                    a.   Sea Paradise Hotel do not/ will not hold any responsibility if you lose your valuable belonging in all hotel area. We do have safety
                              deposit box, please ask our receptionist for more detail. We would like to encourage you to keep your valuable belonging with you or in
                              the safety deposit box with no additional charge.
    11.     Do you have Internet Access?
                    a.   Yes, we do have internet access on Wifi, free for 1 hour.
                    b.   There is a Free Internet access available at the hotel's coffee shop 24 hrs.
    12.     Can we stay for more than limited person per room?
                    a.   Sorry, the answer is no. There is an extra charge apply for the additional guest with extra bed & Breakfast. Kindly ask our receptionist for
                               more detail.
    13.     Can I take my room key with me when I go out?
                    a.   Please kindly leave your room key at the front desk when you go out so there won't be an accident of losing the key.
    14.     Do you have curfew?
                    a.   No, our front desk available 24 hrs.
    15.     Can we leave luggage at the hotel after we check out?
                    a.   Yes
    16.     Do you have laundry service at the hotel?
                    a.   Yes
